"The past three years have brought huge changes in the life of Bököny, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County and the whole country", the Ministry of Rural Development's Parliamentary State Secretary and the region's Member of Parliament Gyula Budai said at the launch of the Újfehértó-Bököny Public Waterworks development project.
"The HUF 3.3 billion project is capable of providing a new quality of life for the people of Bököny", the State Secretary stresses, emphasising that the project will also provide jobs for 100 local unemployed workers for a period of six months.
A much higher level of European Union funding that before has been drawn down since the present Government came to office in 2010, and the restructuring of the National Development Agency will make the funding system even quicker and more efficient.
