On Friday, Minister of Human Resources Zoltán Balog represented Hungary at the opening of a Wallenberg travelling exhibition in Helsinki. The main message of the exhibition, the Minister said, was that if we want future generations to respect human rights and human dignity, then we must respect their rights and dignity as well.

This is true not only for individuals, but also for ethnic communities, minority groups, and even countries, he said, adding that Hungary approaches other nations and countries with respect, while expecting to be treated in the same manner within the EU.

At a roundtable discussion in the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the parties presented their National Roma Strategies and discussed the responsibilities of sending and receiving countries.
