The Institute for the Mentally Ill in Berzence has won remarkable institutional development funding worth HUF one billion entirely from EU resources.
Miklós Soltész, State Secretary for Social and Family Affairs of the Ministry for National Resources, said at a press briefing that thanks to this development project, patients of the Institute will receive treatment and accommodation locally. The new facility will host 120 patients and will be operated by an occupational care centre.
