A call for nominations for the 2012 Nationalities Award is announced by the Office of the Minister of State for Church, Civil Society and Nationality Affairs at the Ministry of Human Resources.
The Nationalities Award is designed to recognise individuals, organisations and self-governments of nationalities carrying out exemplary work in the interest of nationalities in Hungary in the fields of public life, education, culture, church life, science, the media and economic self-reliance.
The presentation of the state award will be a prominent event in the programme for Nationalities Day 2012, which falls on 18 December.
